After not being able to attend votes due to a death in her family, Congresswoman Elaine Luria offered the following statement on how she would have voted on January 29.

"Madam Speaker, I was unable to attend votes on January 29, 2020 due to the death of a family member," Congresswoman Elaine Luria said. "Had I been present, on roll no. 28, On Agreeing to the Clay Amendment, I would have voted "aye;" on roll no. 29, On Agreeing to the Brown Amendment, I would have voted "aye;" on roll no. 30, On Motion to Recommit with Instructions, I would have voted "aye;" on roll no. 31, On Passage of H.R. 3621, I would have voted "aye;" and on roll no. 32, On Motion to Suspend the Rules and Pass S. 3201, I would have voted "aye."
